Even before smart watches I always replaced my watch bands with canvas bands off the rip. Breathable, durable, etc.

Wind or Nuclear.

I get that nuclear is a Boogeyman for some but it really is one of the better options for taking a step in the right direction and getting us closer to less oil dependency.

It's great because nobody can figure out who may be doing it.

There's a running theory that it's the same graffiti artist that had been doing anti-corpo stuff during Occupy WallStreet like some kind of ancap banksy but again, they haven't been caught nor identified.

I didn't know about until I discovered Australia's small yet impressive film industry after watching The Magician and the rabbit hole just got deeper from there. Scott Ryan is a pretty talented actor/director.

It's like part of me wants to follow MLK's way of doing things but then 5 minutes later it's "welp. Guess we're doing it Malcom X's way instead." Then I have to sit there and remind myself that violence only begets violence and sooner or later history will look back and say "nobody remembers why the fighting started, just that it did and that it's been going ever since."

To quote one of my favorite shows (Mr Inbetween): "I don't answer questions." - Ray Shoesmith.

Actually learned that trick from a gym rat friend who said to me "I'm here to get a pump. Not a hate boner."

Newsmax... I swear it's all they ever play on TV at work. I got to the point where I'll wait till no one's around before I change the channel and hide the remotes.

Side note, get yourself a universal remote so you can change the channel on TVs in public spaces like gyms and waiting rooms.

Example A of why you should always have a trusted friend or family member that you make contact with regularly and the understanding of "if you don't hear from me in x amount of time. Something's probably happened to me."
