This is a fairly decent book I read from the perspective of the guy put in charge: “Shake Hands with the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda” by General Romeo Dallaire. Basically was given nothing until it was well too late and then told to accomplish peace with nothing.
I’m using Linux Mint with an AMD CPU and Nvidia gfx card. For the most part, all very easy to use and happy with how it’s going. Hardest part for me is remembering all the console commands when I want to use them. My brain remembers it’s done it before but doesn’t remember exactly how, so off to the internet I go

The difference in my Raybans before they were bought and after is like night and day. First pair feel solid and I have no doubt they will last another 10 years. Got another pair as a Christmas gift and they feel hollow with cheap plastic and I know if I sat on them, they’d be toast.
100% they are planning ahead for the 2028 elections and 2030 midterms. Gotta be able to blame the democrats somehow and the democrats will likely let them do it without forming any kind of real retort.

I’m not a doctor but you should ask yours about depression and take a screening. I felt the same way after leaving a job(albeit by choice) and starting one a million times better. Even after several months, I still had zero interest in anything and realized I was in a “funk” I couldn’t get myself out of this time.
My wife was due in August 2024 and our local pharmacy(not one of the giant chain pharmacy stores) luckily had it and gave it to her no problem in July 2024. She also works for the surveillance side of our states department of health, specifically on COVID, flu, and RSV, so she understood very clearly how devastating the outcomes can be for unvaccinated children and was going to get it or have it given to our kid come hell or high water.

Why not a Nurse Practitioner? Seems they are more aligned with the parts you enjoy about nursing, come from a care/preventative model vs a PA who is more focused on a diagnosis/disease model.
