I have hope they draw inspiration from "Supergirl: Woman of tomorrow"
They've been saying that the movie is based on Woman of Tomorrow for a while now. Trailer came out today and the second scene is her at a space bar (with Krypto, for some reason lol).

The ornaments at the top of the pillar are misplaced too. One has the round things in the middle, and the other has them on the corners. The rear one also doesn't have a small ledge under the ornaments.

Haven't seen the bodycam video, but cops carry 9mm pistols, so it would be incredibly easy for them to plant a mag during his being detained. A gun would be easy to plant once at the station, where they also just happened to 'find' his 'manifesto'.
