I have zero experience with excel spreadsheets but I would like to know if anyone here already has a nice way of keeping track and calculating things like strength relative to bodyweight.

I use LiftLog to document all my workouts and have all the numbers but I'd like to hear what you can do with those. Specifically I want to see strength to bodyweight because I'm in a cut and seeing the numbers in my app not change is kindof boring at least that way I can see progress that isn't represented by just weight and reps

Yesterday I faced a Vindicta that was flying spinbotting and one shotting everyone while spamming the chat with automated messages that even where in context of what was happening in the game and mentioned our teams player names, it was kind of impressive honestly but just long ragebait trolling texts every second. This was about 20 hours in my only bad experience
