If you wouldn’t judge a cat, or a bird, or a gorilla for taking a nap or just chilling for a while then you shouldn’t judge yourself.

It would be nice to be able to cross off at least one item on my to-do list and I would be happy if I was productive outside of work. Today I wasn't even productive at work.
