Around this time some 13 years ago, I had took a seasonal job at Toys R Us, the "happiest place on Earth." It was the worst job I ever had.

I loved my job at toys r us both times I worked there.

The first time was '99, I started in late October. I worked overnight stock. Something like 10pm - 6am. I was assigned a section when I arrived, and I had to put out as much stock as I could before the end of the shift. I usually had the boys section with action figures.

As we got closer to Christmas I had to come in earlier and the store stayed open later. Which meant dealing with customers. Not as good as the normal over nights with zero customers, but not the end of the world.

The second time was 2012. I applied for overnight stock again, but ended up packing and shipping online orders. Because of my previous experience and age the store manager used me for a lot other things too.

The worst job I have ever done was animal control when I was 16.

spoiler last chance to turn back In addition to scraping dead animals off the road, I had to hold the animals so the vet could euthanize them. Then I had to load their bodies into the van, and when we got to the dump I had to unload them. :::

Edit: I guess spoilers within spoilers do not work.

I've also had a job so stressful it led to gastritis.
