The original had nothing to do with the book. This at least seems like a faithful adaptation.

Yeah, nothing really amazing from the trailer, but i don't think any of Edgar Wright's movies had good trailers tbh.

Edgar Wright has never disappointed me — A Fistful of Fingers, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, The World’s End, Baby Driver, The Sparks Brothers. He’s literally undefeated, 7-for-7 in flicks I've seen. But gotta say, this preview for his remake of The Running Man looks like an utterly ordinary action movie.
