Meanwhile libs wouldn't know a fascist symbol even if it was inked on the chest of a soldier

Deil Ditler
Yeah, the artist should've done something classy and definitely not fascist, like two lightning S's, a Black Sun, or a Wolfsangel. Would really go to show how much he supports Ukraine, who's war is extremely relevant to American local politics. His first act as mayor could be to ban the letter Z from use!

President Elensky approve

Russian vehicles in the SMO are marked with Z. Allied planes were marked with black and white stripes during the invasion of France. Therefore, zebras are the ultimate symbol of invading to denazify a place.
Some say Telly Monster is a puppet, but let me ask you this: Who is puppeting whom?
Everyone who is a member of Gen Z has some splainin to do apparently
Cyka blyat
I'm Russian now...
Yeah but actual Nazi symbols are wholesome af to libs
I mean, i hate Zionists too but I don't think the letter Z deserves to be painted in such a light
Are they not referencing Russia's Z?
Yes
No actually it's Eric Zemmour's Z /s
Sorry to break it to you, but Zorro was a francoist
Knew it
just add a second Z, libs love the azov double bolts
the letter Z is to NAFO libs what the little pyramid on the dollar notes is to 2012 conspiracy theorist forums

oh no the letter 'Z'!!!!!!!!!
I swear, it's a fucking letter and it's Zohran with a Z! obviously he'd use that! What, like just because Russia has Z as it's symbol or Z for Zionism or whatever means that other people can't use it?
It's not even like two letters like certain fascist abbreviations, it's literally Z for Zohran!
ZZ Top got some 'splaining to do
not as much as kiss
Orhan Mamdani.
Orhan? That capital "O" looks kinda fascist.
Rhan Mamdani
Rhan? That capital "R" looks kinda fascist.
Han Mamdani
Oh noes, it's surely the fabled Han supremacist, calling Adrian Enz for help
An Mamdani, now that’s just bad grammar.
Just look at these fascist motherfuckers:

When will Aleksander Djokic sleep without using a well-known fascist symbol?

I can't believed Zohran is pro-Putin... checks notes because his name starts with the letter Z
~~Tangentially related grievance~~
Mods on this site removed @Z_Poster365's "Z" comments ~~on three occasions.~~
~~I think that's whack because~~ the Z symbol is clearly tied to the context of the current war, in which critical support for Russia should be the stance of any knowledgeable anti-imperialist. I don't believe it symbolizes uncritical support for the modern Russian Federation
~~I'm not relitigating their ban, just those comment removals.~~
Edit: Never mind, I misunderstood the context.
Those "three separate occasions" were just him spamming z to a user he was arguing with. This isn't about critical support for Russia, it's just that users aren't allowed to spam zero effort replies to a good faith actor, and that doing so is dumb and childish.
Good point. I didn't notice they were all from the same thread. That does change things. You're right.
The removal reasons misled me, because they don't cite spam; they cite "idealism" and being "unironically pro-Russia". I've familiarized myself with the full context now, and I still don't think those characterizations^[I'm speaking of the arguments made in that thread. I don't know if they vocalized uncritical support for Russia elsewhere] are accurate. The removals are okay though.
The block button exists and i don't think mods should remove stuff just because it's rude or childish. If someone is being spammed and they don't want to be they have the power to make it stop.
I'm so incredibly tempted to reply to this with "ok" a few dozen times, but I recognize that other users would appreciate it if I didn't clog the thread with nonsense. Also, if your approach to spam is "just block them", why not do that for liberalism or rule violations. After all, you can just block that. Personally, if a comment makes the site any less enjoyable, I'd like it removed.
Lots of comments and even some users make the site less enjoyable for me, but I don’t want them banned because I can either accept that some people like things that I don’t like, or simply curate my own enjoyment.
Personally, if a comment makes the site any less enjoyable, I'd like it removed.
This is extremely subjective
Yeah. I'm not saying that this should be our moderation policy, I'm just saying that "bad stuff gets deleted, good stuff stays" is the fundamental principle behind moderation.
Uncritical support is still wrong.
I've never argued otherwise
Edit: Has anyone on Hexbear ever?
Is this like liberal pizza gate
I've been tempted to take a photo of those SS looking bolts that are on the door of a souvenir shop, facing into the Ghetto museum, because I know libs love to get riled up by symbology, but it felt like too much effort cause I already know the excuses they'd make.
there's a difference between democratic socialism and integralism.
Naturally if it was a crossed ~~Z~~ they'd be fine with it.
