US M795 does 22400 meter range at 830 m/s muzzle velocity. That's 27 seconds minimum in the air, longer with drag.

Straight line, I think the arc is 1.41x longer.

I guess uploading through Boost doesn't work for all instances? check out the comment from finlandia I think they added it for people of other instances

so I took the muzzle velocity and the time, and asked chat GPT to adjust for wind resistance and it says this was probably about a 25 km shot. a 155 artillery piece can have a range of 40km with non-rocket assisted extended range ammo
