I know it’s effing hard to scan BW, but you gotta find your black point and your white point after. It looks like I dialed the contrast all the way down on my parent’s old BW TV.

Thanks for the feedback! This was my first time scanning B&W film myself, I just did a batch inversion from one reference frame and stopped adjusting when it looked fine.

Just went back and adjusted the black and white points based on the histogram, and it looks a lot better!
