The buildings on the right side of the picture are upright.
This highway must've been on pillars and fell sideways.
Edit: here is a pic from a different angle:
What's crazy is how long the toppled highway keeps its shape and direction, it just goes all the way to the horizon. Squinting at the thumbnail I thought I was looking at the wall of a brutalist building.
That explains why it looks so clean, thanks!
