I have an ebike. My ebike trips are several hours long and cover 20-40km of travel going all over the city and beyond. I have seen incredible sights, been cool places, seen wild animals, had the wind in my hair while I listen to the birds, etc. My health and fitness have both improved noticeably and I feel better and sleep better. My mental health has improved and I feel more alive and creative.
If I didn't have my bike I'd just walk around my neighbourhood for 20 minutes and get bored then go home and sit around.
