Too bad homosexuals were never welcome
Seems like LGBTQIA+ folks are more and more welcome in countries like China, at least in areas like Chengdu, than they have been in the past
More than ever is still not a lot. While it's moving in the right direction, there is still a large amount of cultural reactionary pushback.
Give it another generation or two ... we have to wait for the old guard to die off before mentalities can really change.
