Never seen YouTube revanced or actual adblockers for iOS though. I'm not willing to take part in the whole ad game. It's a pity really, because for music iOS devices are simply better.

I use Firefox and not Safari so I really can't comment on the ad blocker situation for Safari, but I thought there's a few available? I know that we're all supposed to hate ABP because by default it allows "acceptable ads", but it at least seems to be available – although I obviously can't vouch for how well it works.

Afaik every iOS browser is just a re-skin of Safari. I have yet to find an acceptable ad blocker or scripting extension. Plus iOS is super clunky. Don't like it one bit. Have to use it on my work phone and I'm just so much happier with Android.

My point was just that since I don't use iOS Safari, I don't know about its ad blocker situation

And what I meant to say, is that you think you're using Firefox, when in reality you're using Safari with a Firefox skin. Not judging you or anything, just letting you know that iOS is very limiting.

It gets a lot of rage, but Brave browser excels at blocking YouTube ads. I never see them. And yes, there are numerous adblock extensions for safari. I recommend choosing one and buying the full version.
