You sound like the finance department at my company!
My boss is a slave-driving asshole that doesn't pay me enough. Accounting has their head so far up their ass they can see their own duodenum. Scheduling thinks I can be in two places at once, and purchasing seems to think materials magically appear on site the day they're ordered
I am, of course, self employed, and do all of the administrative tasks myself
You deserve a raise, go ask your "boss".
