Idk where else to post this, but my fairphone 4 is acting a bit "quirky" spamming silent notfications saying "big brother is watching you" and "E/OS has blocked 100% of tracking attempts" along with flagging other apps for containing trackers.. Help?

Turn off reports in the advanced privacy settings. I got "spammed" with the same after updating to e/os 3.2 yesterday.

Alternatively, learn how to mute notifications by pressing and holding the notification, turning it off in the menu. Gone forever. Until you learn how to find the notification settings and turn it back on. So, practically gone forever.

Edit: I lied, I didn't get spammed with the same notifications after updating. I got spammed by the same notifications twice after updating since I run Shelter for Work Profiles so Advanced Privacy gets duplicated.
