personally i think it's funny that the slur filter is so dumb.
"paremovedo" kinda sounds like some sort of slur in itself lmao
If you sound out all the consonants it sounds like something a street fighter character might say when you input a dragon punch.
At least it doesn't censor "refutation" anymore lmao.

when I google patinko all I get are results for paremovedo!
Could also use pachislot since pure patinko is pretty rare these days
Reason number 783 for learning Esperanto: talking about paĉinko without setting off the slur filter.
I ran into this one recently but I was doing the bazinga badpost but it took me like 2 minutes to understand why it happened and then I realized the innocent badpost suddenly looked super offensive because of the filter since it felt like the slur was being highlighted by the filter so I removed it. Pachiya is sort of a slang for it so that works for now.
