Some overcompetitive weirdo with lots of disposable income would put way too much time and money into making sure he'd stay on top
I have played enough pay to win games to observe a phenomena: There will be a point at the top where the people with money are all gathered with similar scores, then there will be a steep drop to the regular players. So long I sit at the precipice of this 'whale cliff' I'm happy.
