Tough one. I first opened this like 10h ago. I fell asleep trying to figure it out. I showered this morning trying to figure it out. I made up a word on my lunch break to figure it out.

Two duplicate letters was tough. It was only after I put Quine (whatever that is) and eliminated the last of the vowels that I started thinking doubles. I ate pasta last night, so I slapped in the answer on a whim. The Pikachu face was real.
